Inn a Church B&B is a private executive apartment, which takes up the whole South Wing of a converted church, in the beachside village of Semaphore, South Australia.

The apartment is air-conditioned, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a contemporary kitchen and comfortable living area. There is also a well equipped laundry for guests use.

With its own private entrance, outdoor entertaining area (complete with a BBQ), and lock-up carport, it offers the ultimate get-away, with absolute privacy and comfort assured.

With a well secured garden, dogs are also welcome, by arrangement.

Inn a Church B&B is ideal for interstate, overseas or country visitors, and professionals relocating to South Australia (the apartment is very well suited for longer term guests).

The comfortable lounge has a TV, surround sound stereo system and DVD player. And with reverse cycle airconditioning, and a gas fire place, year round comfort is assured.

The master bedroom has a luxurious queen size four-poster bed, for the romantic in all of us!

This spacious bedroom offers the ultimate in comfort and privacy, with only the very best linen provided.

We welcome families, as the apartment will suit either two couples or a family.

The second bedroom can be converted from twin share beds for two singles (or kids), to a luxury king size bed for a couple. It also has its own TV and reverse cycle air-conditioning, for your comfort.

The main bathroom is very modern, attractive, with a beautiful beech vanity and mirror. There is also a bath for those who like to soak away the day.

The generous bath sheets are of the highest quality, soft and fluffy, egyptian cotton!

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, beautifully laid out, and well suited for longer term guests, with all the appliances needed for easy living (dishwasher, microwave, gas hotplates, oven).

Our tariffs include generous, gourmet provisions, for both cooked and continental breakfasts.

The church itself is over 100 years old, built originally as a Congregational Church. It was converted to a private residence in 1994. As hosts, we live on site, and can provide support and information to guests. However, our main aim is to ensure our guests’ peace and privacy at all times.
